Every time I write a food blog, I never skip to mention how incredible is my Indore city when it comes to food. It just never fails in complementing every region's food. Last Sunday, I , along with other members of Indore Bloggers Association, were invited for a Food review session by Papaya Tree Hotel Indore. Situated away from city hassesls, this hotel provides a complete package of luxury with delicious food. We were invited to review their food dishes at newly decorated roof top restaurant Hill's View. Let me take some time to talk about the positivity this place carried. Spectacular view overlooking far mountains, city buildings & pretty sky, this roof top den is a treat to eyes.
Wooden furnitures, sky high location, spectacular views, positive Vibes, pleasant music & delicious food! Well, this is my way of describing this incredible roof top restaurant located little away form the city hassles.

From its rustic interiors to it's trained management team, everything was nice.
We were served some incredible delicious dishes and I will jump quickly on them.
THUKPA CHICKEN SOUP:

This soup was a treat as it was delicious and quite healthy. This soup has its origin from North Eastern part of India and carries an authentic taste. This Tibetan serving is normally served as main course but here it was served as a soup rich with exotic vegetables. This soup is available with chicken & without chicken.
COCONUT MALAY SOUP:

This thick soup tasted a lot like Khow Suey to me because of the strong presence of garlic in it. Loaded with different vegetables, this coconut rich soup tasted delicious.
MINESTRON:

This soup looked like Tomato soup to me, starch & potato as base, this one did not impress me as compared to the previous two. It had cubes of potatoes, pasta & veggies in it. So all the potato lovers, this one for you.
CHICKEN TIKKA PAPDI CHAAT:

I am going to ignore the vocabulary here as this was the bestest starter I had here. Beautifully served, this papdi chaat looked way pretty and tasted incredible. The presence of chicken tikka along with all the chaat ingredients made it beyond imagination. The crisp of the papdi, tastes of chutnies & chicken together made it an amazing dish.
CHEESE GARLIC BREAD:

What to say about this one, needs no introduction. This bread was loaded with garlic and some amazing bell peppers & olives. I am not a garlic bread fan but this one was something different.
TANGDI KEBAB:

The famous North Indian dish needs no specifications & has become a mandatory dish in every restaurant's menu. I really loved the presentation of the dish with all the beautiful colors. It tasted really authentic & felt extremely tender.
WALNUT SEEKH KEBAB:

This is a delicious bouquet for all the vegetarians as it carries a royal taste of walnuts grilled to perfection. Served with green chutney, these kebabs were crisp and colorful.
AJWAIN FISH TIKKA:

Again one of my favorites, this tender fish tikka carried an authentic taste of Ajwain. Something unusual, the fish pieces were extremely tender and immediately melted in my mouth. This was one combination of pleasure with loads of good health.
VILAYTI SABJI:

A dish rich with some exotic vegetables perfectly sauteed with essential herbs, properly marinated and cooked in spinach gravy. I really loved this dish as the taste of each exotic veggies were coming out perfectly enriched with spinach gravy. We have normally tasted veg kadhai, veg jalfrezi and a lot more like these, but this tasted really different & incredible.
DUM AALOO:

Again, as I am not a big potato fan, I really did not go ahead with this one. The dish looked really nice, had a perfect creamy texture and perfectly stuffed potatoes. The gravy tasted delicious and had a sweet taste to it.
I call this as one of the safest dishes for vegetarians.
CHICKEN HAWA MAHAL:

The name somehow stunned me but more than that I was stunned by looking at it. Beautifully presented with a layer of flat egg, this chicken dish was really splendid. I could really feel the authenticity in every bite and the after taste of slowly cooked gravy was marvelous.
A strong recommendation for this particular one, surely not going to upset you.
DAL MAKHNI:

The buttery lentils were cooked to perfection and were a treat for us. The dish got its richness from the use of cream and the essential herbs. I am a true Dal lover and I was really happy that it could meet my expectations because getting the authentic Dal Makhni is quite skeptical these days.
CHICKEN BIRYANI:

It was perfect for the climax of our meet but honestly I missed more of the essence in it. I am not saying it was not good, in fact it made the taste of my tongue more refined. I loved its presentation, beautifully garnished, and yes it can satisfy every Foodie's urge.
BAKED RASGULLA:

I am a Rasgulla Fan and I can have it in any style. I have tasted the baked version before and I was a fan so my expectations for this one was pretty high. I say, without any doubt, it fulfilled my expectations and it's indeed a strong recommendation from us.
PAN PANACOTTA:

I see desserts of or with pan are trending too much and they act as a refreshment post dinner as well. This dessert, here, was served in a beautiful cocktail glass with a cherry on top. It was good but not the way I expected, but again, it acted as a true refreshment.
LACHHEDAR RABDI: (I could not manage a picture as I was way invoved into it)
One of the sweetest encounter I ever had in my life was with this dessert. After this lengthy session of food hauling I gave up thinking my stomach will not entertain a tiny thing but I was wrong. This dessert was LIT, and I could taste the authenticity in each bite. Kudos to Chef Diptesh for this incredible dessert, I literally went gaga over it.

I can say this was one of the best meet organized for us and I really want to thank the entire team of Papaya Tree Hotel for treating us so well. Everything here, from food to gestures, was on point. They made us feel really welcomed and made sure we were enjoying every bit of it. I was really happy to be treated with their customized goodies that they made for all of us.
I truly loved how they arranged the place for us & attended us so well. The choice of food items here is incredible, they have introduced dishes from all the zones but have tried to maintain a taste complementing the locals.
I really look forward visiting the Hotel again and I also insist everyone reading this blog to do the same.
Until then, Eat Healthy, Stay Happy & Take Care, because this is WHAT THE WORLD SAYS..
XOXO..
