Living in Indore city, makes me realize every moment, that there is lot more to do other than just admiring what is happening in other cities. There is lot of things to talk to and talk about people and for the people.
Fashion is not just clothes and accessories. Each outfit, each trend and each style that a person carries tells tales of it's own. What The World Says is not just a blog where we just talk about trends & styles. Our every post has a meaning & a message that we like to give to our lovely viewers & readers. Clothes are not mere fabric draped around to cover the skin. Every fashion trend has a story of the hardwork of thousands of people that make it possible. Therefore, for this post I picked up a theme through which I'd not just show you my outfits but the significance of it too.

Indigo dyes have a great history in our country. During the British colonial era, India was one of the largest producers of Indigo Dye. It requires beautifull skills to convert a normal piece of clothing to a creation of art.
Indigo dying usually has very simple prints and patterns but still the deep blue color provides the depth and beauty to the clothes. India has come a long way since it's freedom. It is modern & developing but the beauty of it lies in it's roots.

To create a fusion of the history with the present modernity of my country, I chose to wear these brilliantly dyed indigo co-ords. They are 100% cotton and thus, very comfortable.

I kept the makeup dramatic with smokey eyes & a red lip to match the vibrant outfit.

For the second look I'm wearing an indigo colored silk dress. I'm in love with how it falls and is so twirl-worthy!

Indigo color is part of Blue color family, which is a primary color. Being an Interior Stylist, I have a deep inclination for colors and their significance on us. Blue is the color of sky & sea and is very much associated with depth & stability.

This color exhibits an inner security and confidence. You can rely on it to take control and do the right thing in difficult times.

The sense of relief we get while gazing the sky above us, this color has the ability to make one feel relived, confident, tranquil, and creates the same aura around for others.

Indigo dyes are classic and creates a mark when it comes to fashion and interior. You might have noticed many places in Gujrat, Rajasthan, they have walls covered by either graffiti or clothed papers, having classic block, batik print dyes on them.
They signifies a culture, an Indian culture, which is very famous across the globe. I find myself enough lucky to be an Influencer & if I manage to influence even one soul, my work is paid off.
I hope you like our idea of bringing new concepts for you all, which you can relate with yourselves.
We will meet you soon, till then Eat Healthy, Stay Happy & Take Care, because this is What The World Says!
XOXO..
