FINE EVE : FINE MENU : FINE FOLK

Indore has got a strong culture of food romance and it gets better with every passing day. Every eating-out destination here, brings a new wave of taste and you simply get drenched into it. So, my last Sunday evening was tastefully spent at Indore's hit hub F BAR N KITCHEN. This place needs no introduction as it has an aura of its own. It tops the list when comes to fine dining and party. The classic division of space makes it a gorgeous option for an outstanding culinary experience.
IndoriZayka and F-Bar & Kitchen organized a bloggers meet in association with Indore Blogger's Association for all the bloggers in the city. It was in regard of the tasting of their new 7 Course Meal Menu.
I was indeed impressed by the arrangement they did on their Deck area, which is my personal favorite as well.

It was the launch of their new 7 Course Meal Menu which simply means a meal- consisting of multiple dishes right from the starters to main course to desserts.
So we started with :
GREETER- CUCUMBER MINT LEMONADE

Pure summer vibes greeted us in the form of "Cucumber Mint Lemonade". I could really feel a refreshing rush the moment I had its first sip. The tinge of cucumber made it really different from the usual mint lemonades.
Indeed a fresh and revitalizing start.
FIRST COURSE- KHOW-SUEY

I am in love with this dish majorly because of its name. This Burmese originated dish did true justice to the first course. It is a soup which has chicken and coconut milk as main ingredients which is beautifully served with various garnishes. We were served Crushed Peanuts, Brown Garlic, Spring Onions and Fried Onions. These garnishes added more taste to the soup specially the Brown Garlic.
SECOND COURSE- INSALATA DI FRUTTO

Well this is an Italian way of serving salad that includes fruits and vegetables with some dressings. I had a lot of expectations when I saw its beautiful presentation but one of its ingredient kind of killed that hope. It had lettuce, pears, pomegranate, rocket leaves and feta cheese on top. The rocket leaves were quite bitter which somehow turned down the taste a little.
THIRD COURSE- ROULEAU DE POISSON

A French Fish roll is what this dish's name suggest. A perfect fish roll with a perfect combination of marinated fish, eggs and bell peppers. A tasteful starter really took me on a delicious ride.
FOURTH COURSE- INVOLTINI DI POLO SPINICI E MOZZARELLA

A very tender and delicious dish which means Spinach and Mozzarella roll. Perfectly cooked dish had all the real essence of chicken parallel with spinach essence in the right way. The sauces were really creamy and delicious. A thumbs up for this one.
FIFTH COURSE- CRESPELLE DE FUNGI

Although, I was almost done post the fourth course but this dish raised my hunger again. It was a pancake stuffed with chicken and mushrooms donned with white creamy sauce which was way delicious. I wished, I could eat it more.
DESSERT- SIZZLING BROWNIE

A sweet ending is what everybody craves for. Well, this dish does not need to be introduced because of its universal popularity. One thing that got me little back with this dish was the texture of chocolate sauce. I felt it could have been more smoother. Nevertheless, a sizzling brownie can never let down your taste buds.
Overall, it was a blissful evening with a delicious 7 Course Meal. The efforts of the chef and his team were clearly visible through each and every dish and I really appreciate that.

So F-Bar & Kitchen will be soon serving this delicious 7 Course meal, and I would strongly recommend everyone to go and enjoy the servings complimented with beautiful ambiance.
